  • Our agency is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. You will build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and guide clients through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. At State Farm, we are committed to helping people protect what matters most and plan confidently for the future. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assess clients' insurance and financial needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals and community engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and support. QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven sales experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
