Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and current clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to explain policy options, coverage details, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and regular follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, quotes, policies, and client interactions.
• Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance.
• Stay informed about industry regulations like HIPAA and insurance compliance standards to ensure all client interactions adhere to legal requirements. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer relationship building.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual (English/another language) settings preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial lines; knowledge of insurance regulation is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales administration and client management.
• Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring coverage options accordingly.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or benefits administration is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health insurance is desirable; bilingual capabilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities.
