Full description of the position

Join Our Team! we're a multigenerational residential management company seeking a motivated Leasing person to join our leasing team. If you have a passion for real estate and a drive to excel, we want to hear from you! Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 10AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, mail, and in-person inquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct engaging tours of apartments and communities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Attend meetings and prepare follow-up documentation as needed.
  • Organize and manage documents, files, and electronic information efficiently and securely.
  • Address resident issues in a timely fashion.
  • Attend and help organize resident events.
Qualifications

:

  • NJ Real Estate Salesperson license,
  • _a plus.
  • _
  • 3+ years of experience in residential leasing or sales is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and smartphone applications.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on reducing vacancies and maintaining high occupancy rates. What We Offer:
