• Experience: Heavy equipment experience or rental preferred.

• Hours: Monday- Friday 7 am - 5 pm with a rotating on-call schedule. Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

& Daily

Duties

:

• Establishing new rental and sales accounts by providing exceptional customer service to call in andwalk in customers.
• Processing rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining a sufficiently stocked, presentable, and clean showroom.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all inside and outside branch staff.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers working collaboratively together.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pick-ups and returns with the branch dispatcher.
• Learn accurate use of Momentum's software for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management.
• Availability to be on call on an assigned basis.
• Monitoring branch inventory levels and ordering needed supplies.
• Daily store management and upkeep.
• Industry customer needs and react appropriately while understanding market conditions and local competitors pricing.
• Penetrate customer at the strategic level to diversify customer base to include industrial.
