Pay Range

47k-70k+ Plus for Top PerformersUncapped Commission Opportunity! We are looking for Top Performers!!! What You'll Crush Daily:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads for home upgrades
• Follow our proven script with a friendly, enthusiastic, natural tone to spark excitement and create urgency
• Build quick rapport by asking smart questions and listening actively
• Overcome objections smoothly, professionally, and turn hesitations into booked appointments
• Qualify homeowners and identify cross-sell opportunities for additional services
• Speak positively and energetically about Windows Plus products to maintain our strong brand
• Hit weekly KPIs (calls, appointments booked, quality metrics) and celebrate wins
• Update CRM accurately for seamless handoff to in-home sales team
• Adapt quickly to tech/system changes and jump into ongoing training/coaching

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English with clear, upbeat, confident phone voice
• Strong listener who stays calm under pressure and multitasks in a fast environment
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills for CRM accuracy
• Competitive mindset you love hitting targets and winning daily Experience We Want To See :
• 1+ years sales experience (phone/inside sales, telemarketing, or closing )- preferred
• 1+ years call center/telemarketing experience (23+ years ideal for high-volume outbound) - preferred
