Sales Representative Construction & Remodeling
About the Role
Future Land Capital, in partnership with Grupo Sineva, is building a high- performing residential construction and remodeling sales team in Miami. We are hiring a driven, competitive Sales Representative whose primary mission is to close. Backed by an established partner, this is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing, entrepreneurial team where top performers earn well and advance quickly. You will own the deal from first contact to signed contract running consultative in-home presentations, building and working your own pipeline, preparing estimates, and bringing deals across the finish line. Who Thrives Here You'll thrive if you're competitive, self-directed, and measure yourself by what you close. This is not the role for someone who needs a rigid script or constant supervision. Because this is a growing, entrepreneurial team, you'll be expected to take initiative, solve problems independently, and take on responsibilities beyond this job description as the business scales. Performance Expectations & Accountability This is a results-driven, quota-carrying role, and we are direct about how success is measured. Your performance is reviewed against defined sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and continued employment, advancement, and earning potential depend on consistently meeting those targets. You will be measured on a clear scoreboard, including:
- Revenue closed
- Close rate (deals won vs. opportunities worked)
- Appointments held
- Pipeline generated
What You'll Do
- Close sales. Own the full cycle from first consultation through contract signing, and consistently convert prospects into signed clients.
- Deliver professional, interactive in-home and on-site sales presentations on our construction and remodeling services.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline by following up on pre-qualified leads and generating your own opportunities.
- Travel throughout Florida for client meetings, site visits, and business development sometimes on short notice.
- Serve as a brand ambassador. You should be comfortable on camera and excited to build both a personal and company brand by appearing in and helping create photos, videos, and reels for our social media and marketing.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, including basic take-offs and material quantity calculations (training provided as needed).
- Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors and assist with pricing and ordering construction materials.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team, keeping documentation current and complete.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions, in person and virtually, on a regular basis.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role and the business evolve. What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in construction, home repair, or remodeling sales preferred; experience working with vendors and subcontractors is a plus.
- A proven closer's mindset competitive, money-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable owning a number.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
- Comfortable on camera and willing to appear in company photo and video content.
- Knowledge of basic geometry and the ability to calculate accurately (areas, perimeters, quantities).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Florida, with a valid Florida driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend appointments.
