LIME Painting is hiring a full-time or part-time Account Manager. This is a consultative outside sales and project management role at a premium residential and commercial painting company. If you are looking for an outside sales job with real earning potential and full ownership of your results, this is worth reading. As an Account Manager at LIME Painting, you own the entire client journey. You generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and outreach, run in- home consultations with high- end residential and commercial clients, close deals, and manage every project through completion. This is not a sit-at-a-desk sales role. You are in the field, building relationships, and running your book of business from first knock to final walkthrough. What the role looks like day to day: roughly 20% of your time is lead generation and canvassing in premium neighborhoods, 25% is conducting consultations and closing proposals, 25% is managing active production jobs, and the remaining time is pipeline management, follow-up, and client communication. Who succeeds here: people who are self-directed, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-driven compensation structure. You have sales experience, preferably outside or commission-based. You are coachable, organized, and the kind of person clients trust quickly. You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and real commitment to a high-performance culture.
