As an Entry-Level Life Insurance Phone Representative, you will connect with prospective clients by phone, identify their coverage needs, provide clear information about available insurance solutions, and assist qualified customers with the next steps in the application process. Prior insurance or sales experience is not necessary. New team members receive practical training, continued coaching, and ongoing support designed to strengthen communication skills, product knowledge, and overall sales confidence. Key

Duties

• Contact prospective customers and follow up with people who have shown interest in life insurance coverage.
• Conduct brief conversations to learn about each individual's financial concerns, family needs, and coverage goals.
• Present suitable life insurance options using simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Establish trust and maintain a helpful, professional tone throughout every interaction.
• Book appointments or connect interested prospects with a licensed advisor when appropriate.
• Enter customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up notes into the company CRM.
• Follow approved scripts, compliance standards, internal procedures, and sales guidelines.
• Attend required training, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Maintain consistent calling activity and work toward established performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications
