We are a boutique Real Estate Brokerage in Southern California specializing in estate transitions and asset management. We assist families navigating the logistical and real estate hurdles that follow a major life transition. We are seeking a full-time Estate Transition Coordinator (ISA) to join our team. This is a specialized outbound phone role. You will be reaching out to families to offer complimentary organizational resources, intake assistance, and vendor connections during a transitional time. Note: This is not a high-pressure, aggressive telemarketing environment. We operate from a place of service, empathy, and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Outbound Outreach: Manage a daily pipeline of 4050 warm/specialized estate leads, introducing our brokerage's transition resources.
• Client Intake: Assist families with completing preliminary organizational documentation and estate questionnaires.
• Strategic Coordination: Seamlessly introduce qualified clients to our preferred professional partners.
• Database Management: Maintain strict organization of leads and follow-ups within our CRM.

Qualifications

:

• 6 months+ of inside sales, outbound calling, customer service, or legal intake experience.
• Excellent phone presence with the ability to convey empathy, authority, and professionalism.
• Exceptional listening skillsyou know how to build trust quickly over the phone.
• Resilient mindset (comfortable navigating "no's" to find the "yes").
• Background or strong interest in Real Estate, Law, Escrow, or Title is a plus, but we will train the right individual.
