Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Dallas, TX (In-Office) Company: Integrity Facility Solutions We are looking for proactive, dynamic go-getters who thrive on creating their own successnot passive order-takers. What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and prospecting.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
• Build relationships with business owners, property managers, and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Meet and exceed daily activity goals, appointment targets, and monthly KPIs.
• Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training. What We're Looking For
