Duties

• Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and outreach to potential clients in various industries
• Create and strengthen relationships with business owners and human resource professionals.
• Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales activities to promote our products and services effectively
• Develop strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining professionalism and confidence
• Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in developing long-term account strategies
• Participate in training sessions focused on technical sales, leadership development, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
• Experience or interest in business development, B2B sales, or marketing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with sales is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
