Roofing Sales RepresentativeOverview Join our growing team as a Roofing Sales Representative and help homeowners protect and improve their homes with high-quality roofing solutions. We are looking for motivated, energetic sales professionals who are passionate about helping customers while earning an exceptional income. Previous roofing sales experience is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration. If you have experience selling roof replacements, insurance restoration, storm damage claims, gutters, windows, solar, or other exterior home improvement products, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify their roofing needs.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, warranties, and replacement options.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
• Build trust with homeowners and guide them through the entire sales process.
• Prepare estimates and present roofing solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, insurance restoration processes, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous roofing sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling roof replacements, storm restoration, insurance claims, gutters, windows, siding, solar, or other exterior home improvement products is a major advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of residential roofing systems and construction is preferred.
