About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated, professional, and energetic individual to join our growing health and wellness retail team at an established GNC franchise location in West Palm Beach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fitness, supplementation, nutrition, healthy living, and helping others achieve their wellness goals. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally lives the lifestylenot just sells products. We are primarily looking for a full-time team member , though part-time applicants will be considered if they are the right fit. Weekend availability is required. Position

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
• Assisting customers with product education related to:
• Sports nutrition
• Vitamins & supplements
• Weight management
• General wellness products
• Performance & recovery products
• Building rapport with customers and understanding their goals
• Recommending products based on customers' needs and lifestyles
• Operating POS systems and handling transactions accurately
• Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
• Stocking inventory and assisting with product organization
• Supporting promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
• Meeting individual and team sales goals
• Helping foster a positive, energetic, team-driven culture Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes:

• Previous retail sales experience (health, supplement, fitness, or wellness industry strongly preferred)
• Experience working in customer service or sales environments
• Knowledge of sports nutrition, vitamins, supplementation, or healthy lifestyle products
• A gym/fitness lifestyle is strongly preferred
• A personal passion for health, nutrition, training, or wellness You should be:
• Professional and reliable
• Highly personable, with strong communication skills
• Sales-minded without being overly aggressive
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

Must be available to work weekends. Preferred flexibility includes:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend availability (required)
