Earn up to $25/hour selling for Metro by T-Mobile in North Charleston, SC well above the typical wireless retail wage. LR Telecom is a growing Metro by T-Mobile dealer, and we're hiring driven, friendly people who love helping customers and hitting goals. If you're motivated by commission, comfortable talking to people all day, and want real room to grow into leadership read on. What you'll do

• Greet every customer, understand what they need, and match them to the right phone, plan, and accessories
• Hit daily and monthly sales goals we make it easy to see where you stand and reward the people who push
• Set up devices, transfer data, and make sure customers leave happy
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming What we offer
• Up to $25/hour (base plus commission) top reps earn more
