About the Role

In this position, you will manage and develop existing airport accounts by building strong customer relationships, understanding operational needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and becoming a trusted resource for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-up calls with airport clients
• Gather information regarding airport personnel, processes, and purchasing protocols
• Prepare customer quotes, process orders, and respond to inquiries
• Recommend and support product maintenance programs and solutions
• Discuss available training and maintenance materials with customers
• Provide technical product support as needed
• Identify opportunities related to airfield lighting equipment upgrades, improvements, and future projects
• Support and implement customer appreciation initiatives
• Optional travel opportunities may be available What Success Looks Like Successful candidates in this role will:
