Our client is expanding their Events Team and is looking for outgoing individuals to represent brands at retail promotions, shopping centres, pop-up events, and community campaigns throughout the Santa Ana and Long Beach area. This position combines customer service, sales, marketing, and brand promotion, making it ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in a people-focused role. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers and creating positive first impressions
• Demonstrating products and explaining promotions
• Answering questions and helping customers make informed decisions
• Supporting event activities and promotional campaigns
• Working alongside a team to achieve sales and customer engagement goals People from retail, hospitality, customer service, events, sports teams, and other customer-facing backgrounds often excel in this role because of their communication skills and ability to connect with people. What You'll Receive
• Weekly base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities - OTE $800 - 1350 Per week!
