We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our showroom team in Louisville to guide homeowners and contractors through the design, quoting, and purchasing process for window and door projects. What You'll Do

• Design & Sell: Meet with customers in the showroom to understand their home improvement needs, provide accurate project quotes, and close sales.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage the installation services offered as part of our window and door packages.
• Manage Leads: Proactively utilize Pipedrive CRM to follow up on quotes, manage your pipeline, and build client relationships.
• Stay Active: Maintain showroom inventory, operate a forklift safely, and assist with loading products into customer vehicles. The

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in home improvement sales, building materials, or interior design is highly preferred.
• Physical Ability: Capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly to support active showroom inventory and client loading.
• Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week, including mandatory Saturday shifts.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn sales software.
• Integrity: Must be reliable, show up ready to support the team daily, and pass a background check and drug screening. Pay: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
