Responsibilities

:

• Providing accurate and friendly customer service
• Offer existing customers other products
• Provide sales follow-ups
• Service existing clients with changes to their policies
• Strong computer skills
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals through cold calling
• Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
• Working with the team

Requirements

:

• Excellent communication skills
• Goal-oriented and able to multitask
• Self-motivated with a willingness to conduct cold calls
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Licensed candidates with property and casualty licenses will be considered, and a life license is a plus
• All serious candidates will be considered
