In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and client advocateconnecting our clients, sales team, and operations teams to ensure successful partnerships and consistent service delivery. You'll help identify growth opportunities, support new client launches, provide strategic guidance, and strengthen relationships across our client base. What you'll do:

• Build and maintain strong client partnerships while identifying opportunities for growth
• Serve as the bridge between clients, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Support new client implementations and major projects that enhance service delivery
• Partner with sales teams as a staffing solutions expert to drive revenue opportunities
• Provide guidance, insights, and best practices to strengthen client success
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
