Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up campaigns, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Contact prospective customers to identify insurance needs and qualify sales opportunities.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through professional and engaging conversations.
• Schedule qualified appointments and gather complete, quotable information for our licensed insurance advisors.
• Consistently achieve daily outbound activity and lead generation goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with questions, policy changes, and general insurance needs.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that better protect our customers.
• Build long-term relationships that create loyal clients and generate referrals.
• Develop professional sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation within our CRM system.
• Participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and ongoing professional development.
