North Axis Consulting is growing in the Roseville area and looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative to support our expanding Quantum Fiber campaign. This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position where you'll work directly with residential customers to introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, explain available plans and promotions, answer questions, and assist customers who choose to enroll in new service. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll build experience in customer engagement, telecommunications, direct sales, and account support while working alongside a team focused on growth and professional development. What You'll Be Doing

• Meet directly with residential customers in assigned territories throughout the Roseville area.
• Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, fiber internet plans, pricing, promotions, and available offers.
• Explain internet speeds, service features, installation details, and account options.
• Help customers compare internet solutions based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs.
• Assist customers with new service enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates.
• Answer questions regarding internet services, billing, installation timelines, and service availability.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales activity.

• Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers in assigned territories, presenting internet services, answering questions, and assisting customers with new service enrollments.
• Success in this role is measured by customer interactions, completed enrollments, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Compensation

includes a guaranteed base pay plus additional performance-based earning opportunities. Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
