We are a fast-growing, licensed Minnesota general contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters for both retail homeowners and insurance restoration claims. What You'll Do

Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) Work retail and insurance restoration projects Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process Write estimates and close contracts Manage projects from signed agreement through completion Maintain your pipeline and follow-up Leads & Business Development This role offers multiple ways to generate income, with door-to-door canvassing as the primary lead source: Door-to-door canvassing (primary focus) Storm-driven demand and targeted neighborhoods Office-provided leads (supplemental) Referral partners and B2B relationships Top performers take ownership of their pipeline and build a strong, consistent book of business. Position Levels Junior Level (12 Years Experience) Base + commission structure Project management responsibilities after contract Bonus and incentive eligibility Clear advancement benchmarks Senior Level (2+ Years Experience) Top-tier commission structure Independently manage retail and insurance restoration projects Leadership and mentorship opportunities Performance-based advancement Growth is performance-basednot tenure-based.
