We are a family owned and operated insurance agency since 1997. Our goal is to help protect and improve the financial lives of our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate and positive about helping people with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Take payments and make changes to insurance policies
• Quote P&C; prospects from lists, leads, winbacks, etc.
• Cross sale current customers for opportunities
• Expected to write 20 items per month
• Troubleshoot and answer billing questions
• Ability to make and receive Many calls daily
• Help customers enter claims and answer questions about claims
• Provide insurance reviews and exceptional customer service

Requirements

:

• Dependable and professional
• Able to work 8am-5pm (one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks)
• Courteous, Passionate, Polite, and Positive
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that necessitates multitasking
• Coachable, flexible, and thoughtful
• P&C; License required to start Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
