Job Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated, people-focused Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will connect with customers, present solutions, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to overall team growth. We're looking for someone who is confident, coachable, goal-oriented, and ready to grow in a professional sales setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Present products and services professionally and confidently to potential customers
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
• Work closely with internal team members to ensure a strong customer experience
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• 12 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
