HMG Business Services, a sales and development firm, is expanding in Tampa and seeking a Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate to help residential customers discover the latest wireless products and services from the Verizon brand. As a Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate, you'll meet directly with homeowners, answer questions, and help customers choose wireless solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle while representing a trusted brand. As a Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate, you'll receive onboarding focused on wireless product knowledge, customer engagement, and professional sales techniques. The Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate will support residential customers through in-person conversations, explain available wireless products and promotions, and guide customers through enrollment with confidence. Every Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while strengthening the brand and contributing to overall sales success.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with residential customers to introduce Verizon wireless products, services, and current promotions.
• Represent the Verizon brand professionally while creating positive, informative conversations with customers.
• Help customers compare available wireless service options based on their communication and connectivity needs.
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, and activation while delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Build trust with customers by answering questions about wireless plans, devices, pricing, and available features.
• Support daily sales goals while maintaining the high standards of the Verizon brand.
• Work alongside fellow Verizon Sales & Customer Service Associate team members to strengthen customer relationships, promote the brand, and support overall team performance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, or wireless technology is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with residential customers in person.
• Willingness to advance into upper sales and management opportunities.
• Detail-oriented when managing customer information and enrollment documentation.
• Positive, coachable attitude with an interest in representing a respected brand.
