What You'll Do

This is NOT your typical retail job. You'll be the face of the branddriving both customer experience and sales performance.

• Greet every client with high energy and professionalism
• Educate customers on tanning, wellness, and skincare benefits
• Recommend memberships, upgrades, and products (lotions, packages, spa services)
• Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury environment
• Handle front desk operations (check-ins, booking, payments) What We're Looking For
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers
• Sales mindset (you enjoy earning commission and hitting goals)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
