Full description of the position

MK11 works within the commercial energy space, directly helping businesses better understand their pricing and contract options. We've worked with over 1,500 businesses , reviewed more than 2,500 contracts, and identified over $3M in cost savings. We are currently hiring for an Account Manager role focused on managing business relationships and driving revenue through B2B sales in the commercial energy space.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of business customers within a designated territory
• Prospect and onboard new business accounts
• Meet directly with business owners to review contracts and pricing
• Present and explain energy options in a clear, straightforward way
• Maintain relationships and follow up with clients over time
• Track activity and account status using CRM tools What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles (encouraged, not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a structured environment
• Competitive mindset with a focus on results
