• Base salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commission; on-target earnings of $83,000$100,000+ in year one, with top performers exceeding $130,000 in year two

Requirements

&

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain upon hire

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management (personal lines strongly preferred)
• Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
• Strong consultative sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM tools, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office Customer Growth Advisor Preferred Background & Skills
• Experience with personal lines products such as auto, home, renters, or umbrella insurance
• Familiarity with Applied Epic agency management software
• Experience with real estate and mortgage referral networks
• Customer Growth Advisor Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional service
• Convert inbound leads and generate new business through proactive outreach
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and clearly explain coverage options, helping clients make informed decisions
• Sell and service personal lines products, processing policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
• Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage and proactive solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency management and CRM systems
