We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Sales and Service Assistant to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales department by ensuring paperwork is completed accurately, maintaining customer records, assisting with vehicle inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Department with daily administrative tasks
• Process paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Stock new vehicle inventory into dealership systems
• Maintain deal jackets and ensure all required documentation is complete
• Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers professionally
• Maintain accurate records in dealership management systems
• Scan, file, and organize dealership documents
• Assist with stocking in trucks and vehicle inventory management
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
