Ford Parts Specialist/Counter Person Salary + Commission = $50k + Tuesday-Saturday Schedule

Responsibilities

• Issue parts and accessories promptly to technicians from the service parts counter
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
• Handle incoming phone calls efficiently
• Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts
• Look up and sell automotive parts to all customers: shop, over the counter, wholesale, via internet as well as the phone
• Take inventory of stock
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Assist in Putting up Stock, Recording Stock, Monitoring and Reordering Stock
• Fast paced, friendly work environment
• Provide the highest level of Customer Satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

• Dealership parts sales experience
• Experience with CDK dealer management software
• Experience with SNAP-ON parts catalog
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Friendly and good customer service skills
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Great Attitude with Leadership mentality while being a team player
• Ford Experience preferred
• Computer skills and attention to detail
