Through face-to-face interactions, we create meaningful connections, expand AT&T;'s market presence, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a Sales Crew Member, you'll engage with potential customers, providing personalized consultations to help them select the right AT&T; services for their telecommunication needs. The Sales Crew Member role is suitable for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and who wants to learn essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management. Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with to understand their telecommunication needs and recommend phone and internet plans
• Deliver sales presentations that are easy to understand and are compelling to an audience, making it easy to understand the products and services offered
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to promote brand loyalty
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely, professional and effective manner
• Be confident with all client product knowledge by attending daily AT&T; Sales Crew Member training sessions
• Close sales and upsell promotional items to qualified customers by active listening and building relationship Sales Crew Member

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus but not requiredtraining is provided!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients.
• A passion for customer service and helping businesses find the right solutions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to navigate various customer needs.
