Full-Time Sales Associate (3040 Hours Per Week) Join a growing, family-owned business where customer service, teamwork, and a positive work environment come first. No pawn industry experience? No problem we provide training for the right person with the right attitude. Pay & Earning Potential

• Starting base pay: $16.00$17.00 per hour
• Monthly sales commission averages an additional $3.00+ per hour
• Spanish-speaking employees earn at least $1.00 more per hour Most team members effectively earn $19$21+ per hour when commission is included.

What You'll Do

Customer service is our top priority. In this role, you will:

• Assist customers and drive merchandise sales
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
• Follow safety and sanitation standards
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
