Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for you! We are looking for a full time Inside sales representative to join our elite sales team. Inside sales Rep is responsible for professional follow-up of appointments made by our comfort advisors. Happy calls are done the day after the initial call and then follow up continues 48 hrs. after to reengage with the customer on the sale of the project. Our inside sales rep works as a team with our outside comfort advisors to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible and have all of their questions answered in a timely manner.

• Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 to $24.00 per hour plus up to 25% of the allowable commission on jobs that you help sell for the comfort advisors. Our Top Candidates

• Must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in busy work environment
• Always pays attention to detail and highly accurate
• Must be computer literate and be able to demonstrate excellent data entry skills
• Will have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Preferred experience with Service Titan Primary Job

Duties

:

• Professional follow up on all HVAC proposals
• Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical parts and terminology a plus!
• Manage and update customer database with complete and accurate information
• Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions.
• Resolving customer issues, concerns Informing customers of any anticipated delays and any additional information needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and technicians
• Answering incoming text messages and emails and responding timely Job Type: Full-time Pay: Hourly plus commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
