Inside Sales Specialist Lighting | Richmond, VA (Hybrid) We're hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to assist our existing lighting quotations team and provide distributor & electrical contractor support out of our Mechanicsville office. If you've spent time on the quotes desk, worked in the field as an electrician or inside a lighting agency and you're ready for a seat where your work directly drives the business, this is that seat.

Compensation

: $50,000 - $55,000 base + bonus and commission, with up to $25,000 in additional earnings based on your performance and the team's performance. You control the ceiling. Willing to negotiate salary based on experience and book of existing business if already established in the lighting industry. Schedule: Hybrid out of our Mechanicsville office currently 2 days in office / 3 remote, flexing to 3/2 or 4/1 depending on business needs. What you'll do

• Quote lighting packages for electrical distributors and contractors across Virginia
• Turn RFQs and takeoffs around fast and accurately speed is our edge
• Partner with our outside sales team and factory reps (RAB, Lightcloud, Maxim, Shat-R-Shield, G&G; and more)
• Chase down opportunities, follow up on leads, and keep the pipeline honest in CRM
• Own your accounts: monitor activity, spot gaps, and grow the ones that are underperforming. What we're looking for
• Experience quoting or selling lighting/electrical products distributor, agency, or manufacturer side all count
• Comfort with product specs, part numbers, and talking shop with contractors
• Organized enough to juggle 20 open quotes without dropping one
• Clear, responsive communication our reputation is built on people actually getting an answer Degree optional. Electricians encouraged to apply. Lighting layout experience (AGi32/Visual) or lighting controls knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement. Why InVictus?
