Overview

The Subaru Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving performance, and developing a team focused on growth and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where they can make a direct impact on increasing sales volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive growth initiatives to increase monthly vehicle sales and overall dealership performance
• Desk deals and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Recruit, train, and develop sales staff
• Work closely with Finance and BDC teams to improve conversion and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs including volume, gross, and closing ratios
• Analyze performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention

Qualifications

• 35+ years of automotive sales management experience
• Proven ability to grow sales volume and improve team performance
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
• Results-driven with a hands-on management style
