Responsibilities

• Execute the daily work schedule, including the mandatory 10:30 am sales training meeting.
• Master and consistently deliver the Kindred Sales Pitch, building rapport and identifying "Hot Buttons."
• Utilize our CRM (PestRoutes) to manage areas, place pins, and track performance metrics.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and contribute to a winning team culture.

Required Qualifications

• Coachability, persistence, and a competitive drive.
• Ability to work required field hours, including some evenings and Saturdays.
• Strong desire to earn an uncapped, performance-based income.
• High ethical standards; commitment to honesty and professionalism. Pay: $1,000.00 per week
