Warners Outdoor Solutions is looking for a motivated and driven individual ready to begin or grow their career in Inside Sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. Youll help homeowners and property managers find the right solutions for their outdoor needs, including lawn care, irrigation, landscaping, tree services, and snow removal. At Warners, youll gain hands-on experience working in a growing service company while developing valuable skills in sales, customer service, operations, and business management.

• What Youll Do
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new and existing customers
• Help customers understand our services and recommend the best solutions for their needs
• Assist with scheduling services and coordinating with field teams
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure a positive experience
• Stay informed on company services, promotions, and updates
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Collaborate with the office team to support daily operations Offered compensation: $20/hr - $30/hr Experience and License
