• Licensed Health Insurance Agent | ACA Open Enrollment Job Title: Health Insurance Agent Location: Hollywood, FL (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal with potential for long-term placement Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Extended hours and weekend availability required during peak Open Enrollment period Pay: $25-$40 per-member commissions | Weekly pay schedule Worxweb Solutions is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a high-volume ACA Open Enrollment sales campaign with a well-established insurance organization in Sunrise, FL. This is an inbound sales role with pre-qualified leads provided. There is no cold calling and no appointment setting required. This role is open to newly licensed agents and to candidates without direct ACA experience. Full training and compliance support are provided from day one.
• What you will be doing You will handle inbound health insurance inquiries during the Open Enrollment period, present ACA plan options clearly and in compliance with applicable guidelines, follow established call scripts and internal compliance procedures, and close sales in a structured, high-volume environment. Lead quality is high and lead flow is consistent throughout the enrollment period.
• What we are looking for Must-haves:
• Active health insurance license for at least one state
• FFM Certification completed before start date (certification in progress at time of application is acceptable)
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Available to start in late October or early November ahead of the November 1 Open Enrollment start
• Full-time availability for the duration of Open Enrollment through January 15 Nice to have:
• Prior ACA, U65, or health insurance sales experience
• Experience in inbound call center or phone-based sales environment

Compensation

and earnings Commission discussed in depth in interview if set up. Max Commission per Member: $40 Your CPA reflects the cost ratio of enrollments relative to leads used. Agents who close efficiently on lower lead volume earn the highest per-policy rate. Strong closers benefit directly from this structure.
