Responsibilities

• Manage and develop territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct proactive lead generation activities including cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, providing tailored product demos, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and price quotes
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
• Conduct inside and outside sales activities, including territory management, client meetings, product presentations, and follow-up communications to foster long-term partnerships. Experience
• Manufactured Housing experience is desired
• Proven experience in a sales environment with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales.
• Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with lead generation techniques including cold calling, prospecting, and territory management.
• Familiarity with inside and outside sales strategies, including remote (virtual) selling environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and customer service excellence.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and optimize sales approaches.
