Volvo Cars Tacoma, a dealership part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is looking for full-time Sales Consultants who are seeking opportunities to advance. We are looking for candidates who have a desire to grow with the company and are committed to working their shifts. Offering new hire and referral bonuses! Sales experience required. No experience in the automobile industry is necessary. • Must be flexible and available all days of the week with minimum scheduling conflicts.
• 40 hours per week and a Commission-Only position. Sales Consultants
• straddle several different responsibilities and goals on a daily basis. A few must have responsibilities are:
• Work well with people in order to give them reason to buy an automobile
• Good with numbers, so that they can put deals together that work for both the dealership and the buyer
• Must have extensive knowledge of the vehicles they're selling

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience
• Customer service and/or retail experience
• People oriented
• Comfortable with compensation base on commission sales
• Professional personal appearance
• Strong technology skills

Physical Demands: Required long periods (80-90% of work day) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building). Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20lbs or less and carrying 10lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
