What You'll Do

:

• Specialize in leasing and rental transactions, guiding clients through the full rental process from showings to lease signing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct market analysis to help clients make informed rental decisions.
• List rental properties and create compelling marketing strategies to attract qualified tenants.
• Schedule and host property tours and open houses.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain an active pipeline.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage Keller Williams' industry-leading training and technology to grow your business.

Qualifications

:

• Valid Massachusetts Real Estate License
• Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience
• Proficiency in GSuite and strong technical aptitude
• Flexible schedule
