Retail Associate Steak Shop by Rancher's Reserve Location: West Palm Beach, FL Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Join a Butcher Shop Built Around the Ranch Steak Shop by Rancher's Reserve is more than a traditional butcher shop. We connect customers directly to the ranch by offering premium Wagyu beef, heritage pork, pasture-raised eggs, artisan provisions, and thoughtfully sourced products from ranches and farms we believe in. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, takes pride in learning, and wants to create memorable customer experiences. This is a sales-focused position where product knowledge, hospitality, and enthusiasm matter just as much as retail experience. What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships with customers and create a personalized shopping experience.
• Educate guests on our Wagyu beef, heritage pork, pasture-raised eggs, and other premium products.
• Share the story behind Rancher's Reserve, our ranch, and the farms and producers we partner with.
• Recommend cuts, cooking techniques, meal ideas, and complementary products.
• Merchandise and restock displays to maintain an inviting retail environment.
• Package, label, and handle products with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and daily opening or closing duties.
• Work alongside the butcher team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Passion for food, cooking, agriculture, or hospitality.
• A genuine desire to learn about premium meats and share that knowledge with others.
• Comfortable recommending products and confidently engaging with customers.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Retail, restaurant, butcher shop, or food service experience is preferred but not required. We can teach product knowledgethe right attitude is what matters most.
