Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

:

• Assist the property manager in all aspects of property operations, including, leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Conduct and document regular property inspections to ensure adherence to property standards and regulations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about local rental trends and ensure competitive rental rates.
• Assist the leasing consultant in the leasing process, including showing properties to prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
• Assist in the enforcement of lease terms, rules, and regulations, and handle lease renewals and terminations.
• Manage and resolve maintenance requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Assist with marketing and advertising available properties on various platforms to attract prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, filing, and answering phones.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and staff, always representing the company in a professional manner. Leasing Manager requirements:
• Working experience in property management/ real estate
• Proven track record of successful leasing/management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
