Overview

As a AT&T; Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain AT&T; wireless services, answer questions about devices and features, and guide them through available promotions. This is an in-person role focused on customer interaction and delivering a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide helpful information about AT&T; products and services
• Assist with device options, upgrades, and plan comparisons
• Explain current AT&T; promotions in a clear, accurate manner
• Maintain an organized retail area and assist with daily store tasks
• Support customers with basic account setup
