Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Kitchen Designer & Appliance Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will combine your passion for interior design and sales expertise to create beautiful, functional kitchens for our clients. Your energetic approach will help guide customers through the entire remodeling process, from layout design to product selection, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your technical proficiency and sales skills to upsell high-end appliances and lighting solutions while providing exceptional customer service. Duties

• Consult with clients to understand their kitchen renovation goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Use 2020 Design or CAD software to develop detailed layout designs that optimize space, lighting, and functionality.
• Present product demos of appliances, lighting fixtures, and design options to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Assist clients in selecting high-end appliances, lighting solutions, and remodeling materials that match their style and needs.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through deal closing, including negotiation and upselling premium products.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Provide ongoing customer support post-sale, including maintenance advice, troubleshooting, and account management. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or construction sales with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects.
• Strong proficiency in 2020 Design, CAD software, and lighting design tools for layout creation.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, renovation procedures, and general construction experience is highly desirable.
• Multilingual fluency in Spanish and English to serve diverse client needs confidently.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients, presenting ideas clearly, and closing deals efficiently.
• Technical proficiency in retail math, POS systems, Quickbooks,merchandising, product demos, and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques such as merchandising strategies and marketing approaches related to high-end kitchen products.
