Overview

Tasco Auto Color is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Maintenance Representative to support and maintain existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth. This role focuses on day-to-day account support, service, and product assistance. Prior sales experience is not requiredwe are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and building long-term partnerships. This is a salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of customer accounts with exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer needs, questions, and follow-ups
• Provide day-to-day account maintenance, including product guidance, technical information, and assistance with painting-related questions
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional products and services
• Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers within an assigned territory
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, interactions, and opportunities
• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends through training, meetings, and company events
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service mindset with a willingness to learn product knowledge and industry basics
