Enrollment Specialist Financial Education Sales

Compensation

: $90,000$120,000+ annually Job Type: Full-time Location: (Onsite) Houston - Trading Academy

We're hiring an Enrollment Specialist to work exclusively with warm, event- generated prospects who've already raised their hand. Your job is to guide serious adults through an informed enrollment decision no cold calls, no hunting, no chasing. If you've spent years converting high-intent buyers in the financial industry, admissions, real estate, or premium B2C and you're looking for a role where a strong process produces strong results this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with warm prospects; conduct consultative enrollment conversations with prospects attending Trading Academy events
• Close warm leads with integrity this is a relationship, not a transaction.
• Manage pipeline and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM
• Partner with instructors and operations to deliver a seamless experience for your new enrollees. What We're Looking For
• 7+ years B2C sales experience.
• Experience closing sales in high-ticket, intangible, or consultative sales' environments.
• Experienced sales professionals from the financial industry, education enrollment, insurance, or real estate.
• Proven track record closing warm, inbound, or event-generated leads
• Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a single conversation
• Coachable you take feedback, run the process, and refine your approach
