• Free uniforms Job description We are seeking an energized and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales & Reservations Team Working independently, the Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate should have knowledge in the crane/rigging/construction industries. Also responsible for establishing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
• Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
• Providing support to customers with existing business - making changes to reservations, answering general questions, helping customers with concerns

Identify and confirm the customer's needs and finds needs-based solutions by matching the available products or services.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction while demonstrating commitment to quality through positive and upbeat customer interactions.
• Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
• Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers making sure they understand our Companies capabilities and products, and what we can perform in the market.
• Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
• Conduct site visits, and job planning meetings.
• Prepares quotations and assist with technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
• Advise on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning)
• Primary Contact / Liaison between the customer and our company
• Performs other duties that may be assigned or required.
• Ability to prioritize including multi tasking on a daily basis Experience:
• 2+ years' prior experience in Sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the construction / crane equipment
• Strong planning and problem solving and negotiation abilities
