Overview

ABC Lumber is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Riviera Beach, Florida. This is a sales-first position designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer needs, and helping businesses succeed. You'll work closely with cabinet shops, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and woodworking professionals by providing outstanding service, preparing quotations, processing orders, and growing daily sales. While your primary responsibility is sales, you'll also support warehouse operations when needed to help maintain an efficient workflow and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist walk-in customers, phone inquiries, and email requests.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and process customer payments.
• Follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
• Reactivate inactive customer accounts.
• Recommend products and material solutions based on customer needs.
• Calculate square footage and material quantities.
• Maintain accurate customer information using QuickBooks and company systems.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory organization.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and loading materials when warehouse support is needed.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment after company training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with both the Sales and Warehouse teams.
• Consistently contribute toward increasing branch sales and customer satisfaction. QualificationsRequired
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, or similar business software.
• Ability to calculate square footage and basic material quantities.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift materials and assist warehouse operations when needed.
• Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and dependable. Preferred
• Experience in plywood, lumber, cabinetry, woodworking, hardware, or building materials.
• Forklift experience (training will be provided if necessary). Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Saturdays
• 8:00 AM 12:00 PM

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Monthly sales commission program
• Recent commission average: approximately $750 per month (based on recent performance)
• Overtime opportunities
