What You'll Do

• Contact warm leads and generate new business opportunities.
• Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals. What We're Looking For
• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty License.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Coachable, organized, and accountable.
• Comfortable making outbound calls. What We Offer
